Right click on the link for your telecom operator to download the "WinWAP for Pocket PC" setup file and select to save it on your computer. If you can not find your telecom operator in the list then please use the connection called "ANY_ANY.cml". Then copy it to any folder on your Pocket PC, and use the "Import" function from the "Connection" page in the options of WinWAP for PocketPC to select the file and import the settings.
